Well, I think the technology that I use the most is my smartphone and my laptop because I use my phone almost every day. Sometimes it can be for about 10 hours in a day, but other times it can be like three. I also use my laptop every day for watching TV, finding new information, chatting with my friends, discovering something new, and just for playing games and listening to music.
