Band 5+: What kind of transportation do you usually take to go to work or school?

Your pronunciation is quite good. Working on consistency and tackling difficult sounds may enhance clarity.

The answer addresses the question by stating that the speaker usually gets to work, but it does not specify the mode of transportation (e.g., bus, car, walking). The response goes off-topic by describing the speaker's job and students, which is not directly relevant to the question. To improve, focus on directly answering the question by mentioning how you travel (e.g., 'I usually take the bus' or 'I walk to work'), and then you can briefly elaborate on the journey if desired. Keep the response concise and relevant.

The answer is somewhat coherent but lacks a clear response to the question. The question asks about the mode of transport, but the answer focuses on the job and teaching. There is some repetition and self-correction (e.g., 'I usually get to work. Now I am working on a school.'). To improve, directly answer the question (e.g., 'I usually take the bus') and then elaborate. Use cohesive devices to link ideas more smoothly.

Vocabulary is basic and repetitive. Phrases like 'get to work' and 'play with my students' are simple. The phrase 'have them to get mathematics' is awkward and unclear. To improve, use more precise and varied vocabulary (e.g., 'commute', 'teach mathematics', 'engage with students'). Avoid vague expressions and aim for more natural collocations. Boost vocabulary complexity to elevate the overall score.

There are several grammatical errors: 'working on a school' should be 'working at a school'; 'have them to get mathematics' is incorrect (should be 'help them learn mathematics'); 'because of I can' is incorrect (should be 'because I can'). The range of structures is limited, with mostly simple sentences. To improve, practice using a variety of sentence structures and ensure prepositions and verb forms are accurate.
