Band 5+: What kinds of movies are popular in your country?

Your pronunciation is average. It is understandable but not always accurate. Focusing on the rhythm and stress patterns of English could prove beneficial.

The answer stays on topic and directly addresses the question by identifying two popular genres (drama and comedy) and providing reasons for their popularity. It is generally phrased, avoiding personal anecdotes, which is appropriate for Part 3. However, the response could be more fully developed: it lacks specific examples of popular movies or cultural context, and the explanation for why these genres are popular could be more nuanced. To improve, consider mentioning trends (e.g., blockbusters, independent films) or comparing with international tastes, and ensure each point is elaborated with clear, coherent reasoning.

The answer is somewhat coherent but contains noticeable hesitations, repetitions, and self-corrections. The phrase 'in the 20th century' is an error and disrupts clarity. The idea about 'coming from the world' is vague and could be expressed more clearly. To improve, organize your thoughts with clear topic sentences and use linking words like 'for instance' or 'moreover' to connect ideas smoothly. Practice speaking without pausing excessively.

You use some appropriate vocabulary (e.g., 'genres', 'overwhelmed', 'relationships') but there are imprecise word choices and awkward phrasing. For example, 'they just can't laugh by watching' is unnatural; 'they can simply laugh while watching' would be better. 'Coming from the world' is unclear; consider 'escaping from daily stress' or 'dealing with real-life pressures'. Expand your range of synonyms and collocations to express ideas more precisely.

There are several grammatical errors and awkward structures. 'in the 20th century' is incorrect; you likely mean 'in the 21st century' or 'nowadays'. 'they just can't laugh by watching' is grammatically awkward. 'Sometimes they need to speak because they are coming from the world' is confusing and contains tense issues. The sentence 'when it comes to a drama they you know sometimes want to feel this feeling' has redundancy and informal filler. Work on using a variety of sentence structures accurately, and avoid informal fillers like 'you know' in formal speaking.
