To be honest with you, a major issue that seniors can face after retiring is important since they are normally preoccupied with work and assignments given by their boss. When they are not in that atmosphere anymore, they may not adjust well to life after work. This could easily lead to significant mental degradation and, further down the line, can lead to the development of potential diseases such as depression or any mental health problems. That's all.
