Well, I believe people should consider their new boss first, because most of the time, the personality of their boss contributes to their future career. For example, if their boss is strict, it's natural for them to face accusations because of work problems. If their boss is lazy, then most of the work will fall on the employees. Also, the distance between the company and their home is an important factor. If it's too far, they may waste a lot of time commuting to and from work. That will influence their flexible time. Thank you.
