Uh moreover the second things if you talk about the uh uh communications skill that one is the most important things. Hotels when we are greeting any customers or we are uh approaching any customers for booking and that times uh communications skills are required, how we how they are politely speaking, uh as well as what types of features they uh are providing. Uh for example last uh time I was talking with a hotel man, managers for booking a hotel. So he explained me everything in the politely way uh which types of room they will provide next.
