It's hard to say what I do with lifting; I do cardiovascular exercises. Probably stretching is not my cup of tea, but I do it anyway by pushing myself at the end, especially when I lift weights. I heard it's good to stretch by hanging on the bar for about 30 seconds. But for me, flexibility is always a hard topic, so it's difficult for me to do such exercises. Even so, I can't say I don't like it; it's just hard for me. Maybe therefore it can be categorized as something I don't like, kind of.

I am a huge fan of doing exercises with high intensity movements in such short period of time. For example burpees and jumping jacks and squats. I find them to be really easy to stress me out and I just don’t get the sense of satisfaction at the end of the workout.

My team and I work under strict supervision and significant pressure from customers to meet their deadlines. And if I can change one thing, I will minimize this pressure. Moreover, working flexible hours could be a very good idea.

After long hours of working I go swimming every day. Swimming can clear my mind and relieve my stress. It can keep me fit and gives me an energy boost because it is a low low-impact cardiovascular workout.

What is your typical day is like

My day starts with eating breakfast, then I go work and after long hours of working, I come back home. Then after a short break, I do some leisure activities such as reading books or watching movies and then I do some exercises to relieve my stress and clear my mind.
