Personally, I’m not a very sporty person, but every day I work out, I do pilates for 30 minutes, and then, um, for dinner, I only eat meat or vegetables. I, um, avoid eating rice and other glutinous food. I only eat fast food once a month, and I think that’s a, ah, pretty healthy lifestyle.

What time of day are you most productive?
I find the evening most productive because I can concentrate on my evening tasks better. I usually watch movies and listening to music to boost my listening skills and I find it quite relaxed and comfortable as you know I’m kind of an underwater persona so I prefer to be alone.

Well, I have no idea because it depends on motivation when I get motivated. So I can use my time in better ways.
Do you like your daily routine? Why or why not?
Well, sometimes I like my daily routine because I always try to stick to my daily schedule so that I can finish my work on time. This is mainly because I feel productive when I get things done on time. But sometimes I get distracted that made me feel uncomfortable and depressed.
Are you interested in arts and crafts?
I really do. I found working with my hands in favor relaxing and I’m great at home. And after a busy day lately I have been creating inter-visual art and photo editing which allow me to be creative without making a mess.
Are you interested in learning a new skill? Which one?
Yes, I’m very interested in learning new skills, especially practical ones like English speaking or video editing. I believe learning new skills helps me improve myself and stay competitive. For example, I’m currently preparing for the IELTS test.
