To maintain my mental and physical well-being, I engage in various activities, one of my preferred in metals is jogging, which I typically do in the park. I have established a routine of completing three laps around the park. After jogging, I take some time to meditate for about 15 to 20 minutes. I believe respecting time is important and time helps me stay organized, shows respect for other people and makes work more efficient. I try to plan ahead and manage my schedule carefully so I can meet deadlines and arrive on time.
What animals are fascinating to you?
In terms of animals, I would say I’m a big fan of dolphins. They are so intelligent and playful. I have been watching documentaries about them and learning how they communicate. The most fascinating thing about them is that they actually can communicate over long distance, which is actually blowminding.
How do you usually prepare when you have an important deadline
Basically, if I see any important deadlines, I will instantly start to prepare for any exams or tests that I should have passed because I realized that these finals can be crucial for me and my future.
