I think there are a lot of dimensions to this topic. Firstly, the co-workers are a very important point in making your work comfortable and loving the place you are in. The other thing is good lighting because in some places, when there is no light or sunlight coming through, it can feel oppressive. Sometimes, you need to smell fresh air. In addition, I think that a quiet place is a perfect environment to work in, and I believe these are all the things that make a place comfortable to work.
