I usually get up around 7 am on weekdays. I find that starting my day early helps me feel more productive. I like having some quiet time in the morning to plan my day and enjoy breakfast. On weekends, I might sleep in a bit longer, but I still try to get up by 8 am or 9 am to make the most of the day because I really like going to sleep.
