Interesting question. While I was a small kid, there was no access to education. There were no better houses, and there were also not good pedestrian walkways at that time. But if you compare it to now, there is a growth of brick houses, and all people are improving their standards. There is proper access to education and healthcare, and there are appropriate roads for the people.
