I would like to change my routine more effectively. Sometimes I feel that I don’t follow my routine wisely and I wasted my very much time on my phone. I actually want to be more productive, skillful and following the healthy habits like regular exercise and regular yoga etc.

After long hours of working I go swimming every day. Swimming can clear my mind and relieve my stress. It can keep me fit and gives me an energy boost because it is a low low-impact cardiovascular workout.

My day starts with eating breakfast, then I go work and after long hours of working, I come back home. Then after a short break, I do some leisure activities such as reading books or watching movies and then I do some exercises to relieve my stress and clear my mind.
