I think physical jobs have higher salaries than mental ones because people do not appreciate how hard it is to solve a problem mentally. For example, programmers tend to have lower salaries because they sit at their laptops and think about solving problems using coding. Many companies and employers consider this an easy job, so they offer lower salaries.
