Multinational companies pay high salary in our country because they work international, internationally, and they can earn a lot of money. So they can give, but the local company can provide that kind of money because they can earn that kind of large sum of money. Also, multinationational companies hire employees who are highly skilled. That’s why they pay a lot. I think government jobs should have also high salaries because they work with a lot of money. But their Sal salary or, uh, paying amount is below below average, by which they can’t provide full basic needs to their family. And I think it won not be appropriate because there is skilled gap. So you can’t provide the same paying amount, um, to the people who have less skill than those who have high skills. If you do it, then people will be demotivated to learn skills.
