From my perspective, I'd say that some forms of transportation are expensive, making them inaccessible to people with low incomes. They can't afford personal vehicles like cars or bikes. So they might choose public transportation, which can be less expensive but still a significant cost, especially if they need to travel frequently. This can limit their ability to travel and explore different places.
