Oh, that’s an interesting question actually. I mean some people are born with charismatic personality and on the other hand some people say that being assertive, charismatic and having that leadership experience can be learned throughout life by training. I believe that assertiveness to stand up for what you believe in can be learned through training and practice and moreover some people only become leaders in later in their life and I have to say life experience is important for become a leader and leadership requires confidence and confidence just gain through experience.
