I think that the process of teaching hasn't changed much compared to a few decades ago. However, the format and attendance have really changed. In the past, there weren't any obligations for attendance. They didn't track the students who attended these lessons. I noticed that now there are a lot of cameras that monitor the students and their average attendance, which is really remarkable for teachers. Nowadays, a new rule has been created that everyone should attend their lessons 100%, which is compulsory education that really should be changed.
