I have known him since I was born and he’s my older brother. And she make a decision that she decided to turn down a high paying job offer in another city and remain in his current role. I think it is a good decision because it allows his to maintain a healthy work life balance and the new job would make the main long hours and significant travel. It would have negatively impact his well-being and personal life. As I was feeling about him I impressed by how carefully he waits in his options and he don’t dress into a decision based poorly on the financial benefits which consider all aspects of his life more professional and personal.
