I think that’s because when you are getting older and older, the colorful, cheerful and noisy atmosphere is getting on your nerves. And because of health conditions and other things that includes, that goes much more or lesser in adults’ tree, Old people consider being much more in a quite natural place than a teenager who will strike for a noisy and trendy club. In conclusion, I would like to say that old people not always prefer to live in quite places, but I definitely can understand why they do this. There are several reasons such as health and mental illnesses that can get even worse if they will leave in a rush and anxious atmosphere.
