Well, from what I am working is to hold people open for the mutual learning, new things mainly because they build stoop process information and quickly and they use stoop. It’s not that they are inter-level, but that in age things like learning and stoop tend to decline, but another factor could be hesitation or fear of mutual mistakes. A lot of people will be afraid of the technology, so they will be embarrassed or even overwhelmed when trying something new. But I do believe with enough encouragement and the right approach like using visual instructions or hands on their most taken definitely big things up.
