Well, from what I am seeing, it's important to keep people open to mutual learning of new things, mainly because they build on previous information quickly and they use that knowledge. It's not that they are incapable, but as people age, things like learning and processing tend to decline. Another factor could be hesitation or fear of making mistakes. A lot of people are afraid of technology, so they may feel embarrassed or overwhelmed when trying something new. However, I believe that with enough encouragement and the right approach, like using visual instructions or hands-on methods, they can definitely pick things up.
