Many people experience nervousness when giving a speech, and there are several reasons for this. One common reason is a lack of confidence. When someone doubts their abilities, they might worry about appearing foolish or making mistakes. This can lead to feelings of anxiety and self-consciousness. Another reason is the fear of judgment. People might be afraid of being criticized or ridiculed by the audience, especially if they are unsure of their material or feel unprepared. This fear can be amplified by the feeling of being under scrutiny and the potential for negative reactions. Additionally, some individuals may have a general fear of public speaking, which can be rooted in past experiences or social anxiety. This fear can manifest as physical symptoms like trembling, sweating, or a racing heart, further contributing to the feeling of nervousness.

Being a person that, uh, always scared when giving a presentation in front of many people. I think that there are a variety of reasons why people always meet this problem. So the first one is they are not confident enough. So a person will feel nervous and shy when they are think that they are not good enough. They will think that, oh, am I ugly or will I say something wrong? When I stand up in front of such many people like this? They will easily to feel scared when they keep that thought in the head. Uh, another reason is they will scare that if they say something that wrong, there will be some person that will left at their face. Um, like they are not confident about themselves, they are not feel good, uh, or their feeling are not.
