I think a lot of people find it difficult to socialise because they don't know how to build a bond and how to make their communication successful. They can also struggle with finding common ground with different people, as we don't know anything about them. Sometimes it can be hard for another person to ask questions and to make this two-way communication successful. For example, sometimes I feel like, why would I have the need to ask another person about different activities they have? I'm not into this person, and I'm not asking them to invite me to these activities. I don't want another person to feel uncomfortable, and I worry that I might be asking too many personal questions. I know that it is a common problem for Slavic people to support even these small talks that a lot of Europeans have. We don't have this culture, and it's very uneasy for us to communicate with strangers.
