Well, this question is quite complicated for me, but in my viewpoint, job hopping is becoming a popular trend today. Maybe because employees want to explore different working environments or find a new atmosphere. They tend to look for other places that offer better benefits or promised promotions. They want to expand their sphere of influence in their own sector, which is why they tend to change their jobs.
