Some people might not care about disturbing others in public because they lack awareness or have a sense of superiority. They might not realize the impact of their actions or simply disregard the feelings of those around them. This lack of consideration can be frustrating for those who are affected by their behavior.

Well, some people do not care about other people while in public places. As they have lack of awareness and uh. They think themselves as a superior person. So that was the main reasonion about that. Um, many of the people do not care about that. They are disturbing other with their behaviors as well as they are oblivious.
