Well, we all see some people in public places who behave badly, and they misbehave in communities. This is due to the fact that they have adopted a value system and behavior from their family, and they have not learned to behave properly in public. Besides, their actions may hurt others who are present, and they may not consider the impact of their behavior from other perspectives. This can push the limits of those around them.
