For me, I would still eat at a restaurant that is really dirty since in Thailand it is ambiguous to find restaurants that have dirty appliances and probably an overall dirty building. Actually, the entire store sometimes is not quite regulated to be clean. Though the food is good, if they are talking about clean food, I will still eat it, but if the food is also dirty, I would consider not eating there.
