Let me tell you about when I worked with a team. Sometimes I have a short skill subject. I enjoy being in a group with full members and their own talents. We were assigned by the teacher, so we started looking for information and designing a PowerPoint as a result of the teacher's guidance. Because we did well, I felt really proud. We gained something from teamwork. Whenever I felt irritated when we made a decision, I personally think that what makes a good team is respect for each other. It helps work effectively and avoids confusion.
