Well, I’m a huge book enthusiast and I can say that I’m a bookworm. So it’s a little bit hard for me to choose only one book amongst all the books I’ve ever read, though I would like to talk about this special book that I read in high school. Back then we were taught to choose a book either in history or a book related to problems. Caused by improper regulations by governments. So I chose the second one and I would like to talk about this book which name is The Hands Made Tail, written by Margaret Atwood. And I liked it because it perfectly illustrated the dictatorship. The first one was the Worship and the genre was fancy, of course dark fancy. And it narrates the story of a woman who used to be a successful woman. But as the world changed and the country became a dictator country, she was forced to work as a maid. So what is captivating about this book is that it not only talks about problems caused by government, but it also talks about all the inner challenges that the woman had herself and how she tried to solve them and stay motivated during all days. So I believe that I have learned a lot of things about this book. Had I not read this book, I would have probably not learned how to stay tough during obstacles. And I would have never learned about resilience, about hard work and about staying positive.
