Yes. I agree with the statement that customer should always receive a good service. Harish. However, it is very essential for a company or a business to satisfy their customer. If a customer is not satisfied by receiving a service, the company or the business have a chance to fall in the future.

Of course, I believe that every company should satisfy their customer. It is important to receive a very good service from a product or a service. On the other hand, if it’s not, a company will fall in the future.
