Do you think parents should protect children from failure, or should children learn from their own mistakes? Why?

I guess both are very important. What I mean by this is that children can learn valuable lessons from both sides. In addition, it helps them understand what they should conclude in their daily lives. Overall, both efforts are equally essential.
