In my opinion, technology has made communication more difficult. In the past, when phones didn't exist, people were kinder and more sociable. They would visit their relatives in person and weren't lazy about maintaining relationships. Nowadays, people rarely call their parents, relatives, or friends and sometimes don't even spend time together for months.
