How intersted are young people in your city in learning driving ?

Actually my city is famous with the young people who can drive to take the lessons. Legally you have to be accurate 18 years old. So I know some people who learn before being 18 months or two months before to have the ability to get their lessons at a certain time like 18 accurate.
