Not really, I don't go running because I have a planned schedule for studying, and I don't have enough time. But if I can manage my time during the week, I will choose running to improve my health, especially my cardiovascular health.
I try to go fishing at least once a month, especially during the warmer months when the weather is nice. Sometimes I go with my friends, and other times I prefer to go alone. It depends on my schedule and how much time I have.
