How often do you use technology

I often use many technologies in my laptop, house, and room. Mostly, I use my smartphone to contact my friends, use WhatsApp and Instagram, and chat with them while continuing to enhance my operational logic during my leisure time.

Well, I use technology in everyday life for various purposes, including studying and other materials I use regularly for work.
