Not a day goes by without me hopping on my bicycle. The reason for this is twofold. First, cycling is a brilliant way to stay fit. Second, it helps me reduce my carbon footprint. Nothing beats the feeling of wind in my hair as I ride around, knowing I'm contributing to a healthier planet.
I usually ride a bike quite regularly. There are some reasons for that. It keeps me vital, and I had a sport history about that in high school. When I want to escape the pressure or stress of my life, I take my cycle. Also, it's an incredible way to connect with nature.
