Should space exploration be prioritized over solving immediate terrestrial problems like poverty?

I think solving problems on Earth should come first. Many people still live in poverty and need better education and healthcare. These are urgent issues. So, governments should focus on them first. However, space exploration is also important because it helps us learn new things and develop new technology.
