As you know, the Middle East is mostly desert, a lot of sand. There isn't much countryside around. However, in Doha, there is a countryside area about 90 kilometers from the city. It's called Al Khor, and you can find some traditional countryside there, which is maintained by the Qatari government to preserve local traditions.
