Well, Nepal is known for its diverse cuisine. Personally, I love Nanglo su. It's a traditional dish that almost everyone in my country enjoys. It's a combination of many different ingredients, and the flavors and textures are truly unique. You can find it in local restaurants, and it's also very affordable and accessible.
