I'm not really sure because every person has different needs or wants, so I can only assume perhaps people save money for material things such as cars, the latest gadgets, or even a house. Some set aside money for traveling or for education, like pursuing a master's degree.
Many things, like a student like me, we need money to buy things that are recurring and to have a great time at school. My mom needs money to buy food, pay for our school, and for all those things that can improve our lives.
