What's the difference between the payment for mental work and that for physical work?

Well, mental work is often paid more because it usually recures hair, level of education, skills and problem solving, physical work, although damaging is sometimes unruly in terms of salary because it doesn’t always reture formal qualification.

I suppose there is a world of difference between them. Mental work includes cognitive skills, problem solving, decision making and creativity, as seen in professionals like scientists, managers or engineers who receive higher salaries as usual, and then physical workers. The reason is that mental work requires specialized knowledge, advanced education or strict
