When would you send emails to others?

Well, I usually send emails in professional contexts like formal communication with sponsors or academic assignments. Plus, when I want to attach files or documents, I definitely use emails because it provides me with easy access to doing it without installing any apps on my phone.

Well, I tend to send emails in formal communication, such as business negotiations, applying for a job, or asking for official documents because sending emails in those circumstances makes me more professional and reliable.

I send emails only to the viewers, maybe because when I participate in different competitions, I send emails only to them. The last time I sent emails was about 2 years ago or 1 year ago.
