Dear Manager,

I am writing a letter regarding a day off because I am completing an MBA. This is the final year of my studies. I want to take a leave to study on my day off. I will complete my studying within 15 days, from April 1st to April 15th. It is an important year for me.

I want to request that you allow me to complete my office work later when I return to the office. Now, my goal is to complete my qualification and fulfill my dream.

If I complete my qualification, then I will get a higher position in the company and an increased salary. I will use this skill for better ideas. I hope you will sanction my leave.
