Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am writing to request one week of leave from 10th august to 16th august to complete my certified qualification in sports injury management with therapeutic taping technique.This qualification requires hands on practical sessions.

I canunderstand that my absence may affect the clinic’s schedule. Therefore, before taking leave, I will completed my all patient’s records, handover my patients treatment to my colleagues and ensure that ongoing treatment plans are well documented. After return, I am happy to work extra hours.

This qualification will greatly benefit both my professional development and the clinic. It will enhance my assessment an treatment skills regarding sports injury. As a result, I will be able to improve patient outcomes, contribute to the clinic’s reputation and support team be applying advanced evidence based treatment protocols.
