Respected Sir or Madam,

I visited your store on Friday evening, 06/03/2026, to purchase bread. During my visit, I checked the best-before date of the bread, which was 05/03/2026. I called a staff member named Gracy to address the issue and informed her that it should be immediately disposed of as its best-before date had already passed.

As soon as she heard this, her response was, “If you want to purchase it, go on, or else leave it on the shelves. We are not disposing of it.” I later left it on the shelves. During checkout, I again pointed out the issue, and they all said they would fix the issue and discard all the spoiled bread.

I am writing to inform you to take serious action regarding the staff’s checking of the best-before dates on products that were on the rack.

Thank you,

Jay Patel.
