Dear Sir

As a resident of malton city, i am writing to express my views on the recent plan of building new accodation near my house.

I have heard about from an acquaintance bout the new plan of building new houses and decided to give my opnion on this. Since i have been planning invest in a house, ian really excited to extend my perception on this.

As per my opnion, this land will be the best area to build new houses as this is a developed urban area with easily accessibilities to nearbly school, hospital and grocery store. Along with that, the sports complex is also at a walkable distance from here. There are plethora of people that are already ready to invest their money in this areas. So it will be a great choice for builder as well as people to invest their savings.

Furthermore, there are few things i am concerned about, As now a days, building new homes involve plenty of deforestation and pollution. I hope building company will take these tehgings into account and try their optimum level to mitigate such problems. I also hope, construction activities will not affect the daily activities of existing residents and will not chaos around our areas.

I very much hope that you will be successful in your plan and it will be great development for our area.
