Dear Sia or Madam,

I am writing this letter to inform you about the disturbance with the chairs and tables which you put on pavement. It is causing many problems for me and my family.

Some of your cafe has covered almost all of the walking area; there is no place for people to cross these. In addition, the noise of the customers and their vehicles make us discomfort. We are not getting conversation to do anything.

I am a medical student. I have many things to study daily. But because of the customers’ noise I am not able to study properly. The other thing is your cafe time is till 12:00 o’clock. So we are not able to sleep on time. Some customers using bad words to call each other.

I hope you can settle this matter just by placing the chairs and tables on another area of your cafe. There is no other building or houses, so it would not be a problem. There is also your cafe. I will be considering a complaint against you and your cafe.
