Dear Rahul,

I hope you are doing well. I was delighted to hear that you are planning to visit Surat very first time. I would love for you to stay at my place so we can spend some quality time together.

There are so many places I would like to show you around the city. Firstly, I am planning that we can go to Dumas beach and enjoy a sunrise. Later, we explore the street market and try some special gujarati dishes such as locho and khaman. We could also visit a some historical places if we can get enough time.

Regarding, your travel arrangements, I suggest you to take a train to Surat Railway station. It is very convenient way of travel because it connets in major cities. Please let me know your travel date so I can come to pick you up and manange my works accordingly. Lastly, you can stay at my guest room so you do not have to book hotel.

I am really looking forward to seeing you. Write back soon and let me know your plans.
