Hi Tom,

I hope you’re doing well. I’m exciting about you for coming to my city. Now, I’m going to give you some usefull information about my city.

I think that the north of the city is the best part for accomodation for many reasons. First of all, the air quality in this area is better than other parts of the city. Also there is easy access to shops and malls for shopping. Plus, many of gyms and sports clubs are situated in this area which make this part of the city a good choice for you.

But the most important reason for choosing the north area of the city is its easy access to public transportation. For instance, whithin just a few minutes of walking, you can reach easily to bus or metro station which makes commuting much more comfortable for you.

As I know that it’s important for you to meet new people in the new city, there are multiple good cafés and restaurants nearby to book and meet new people.

I can’t wait to see you soon.
