Dear friend,

I hope you’re doing well. I am writing to letting you know about the flat, that you gonna move in is amazing.

The flat is located across the river street with a with a beautiful view of the mountain from your living bedroom window. I have been stayed there for the past 2 years, trust me, you’re gonna enjoy it hilariously!.

Moreover, one of the important things to be noted is that one of the rooms does not have a heater, so try to place an additional movable heater so that you will feel warm in winter.

Additionally, there are two security staff always on the front desk, they are very friendly and sweet!. If you have any sort of trouble from nearby flatmates or difficulties about anything, inform them right away. They will sort it out for you within 24 hours. Hope! I will see you soon in upcoming summer.
